Agile, 10X Rule and Success

There is no specific definition for success as every person according to his position and mindset has attention to different things. But if we want to know about success then there are three important points in any success, that is;

·       There is no shortage of success

·       Success is a duty

·       Success is important

If we see, everyone will agree that success is important. The next point is that success is a duty. Whoever, is not even near success is all because they keep success as an option, success needs to be treated as a duty where you put your full potential and work like it is a do-or-die situation for you. Further, we can say that success has no limit as it is created by people who have no limit in ideas, intelligence, talent, creativity etcetera.

What may be the aim, everyone strives for success. Even agile is so popular because it provides success at a higher level in every operation, process, and business compared to the traditional way. But what if we say that this agile success can be increased ten times more?

Is it possible?

Yes, by using the 10X rule in agile we can multiply success by ten times.

Let’s see in detail what the 10X rule is and how to use it.

What is a 10X rule?

It is the rule based on understanding the expanse of effort and thoughts required to get anything done for its achievement. The rule states that any goal can be achieved with the right amount of actions and thinking. Let’s see how to implement this 10X rule in your life and business for agility and multiplying success.

The first thing for implementing the 10X rule is to change the mindset from 10%. That means we should focus on gaining success in ten folds instead of thinking of it for only 10%. Much bigger we will think, the more ways we will find to achieve them. But what about the issues we face? In the 10X rule, it is not necessary to have a final plan ready, and then only we should move towards action but this states to follow MVP (minimal viable product). That is to execute, grow and then learn. It states us to learn in the process while we are driving towards our exponential growth.

Secondly, have some obsession with the main aspect of your work and life. When you are obsessed with the goals you want to achieve, you put extra effort to pursue and try to preserve those areas in which you are invested. Sometimes we can say obsession is good.

When committed to goals we try every massive action and have a vision towards our goals. The two important keys to success are vision and actions which differentiate it from failure. Like, if have a brand and want to pursue your customers for buying, you always try to stay on their minds by showing up regularly. This will help in gaining people's engagement towards your brand by making it stand out from others.

In agile, time is an important aspect, and having a focus on one thing instead of having various distractions is always appreciated. So always be aware of dropping the dead that is, be sure to avoid the things that are not more required or useful. By continuously changing technology and required skills, we must be well aware of obsolete features and staff, getting free of them if necessary.

By playing safe no one can achieve big life so always be ready to take calculated risks. No one knows what the next second holds so while on a journey to achieving your goals have a risk appetite. But doing so doesn’t mean marketing bad products. When creating a product test it first with some customers, and work on the feedback received. This testing helps in preventing negative experiences and retains users.

Agile never favors competition with others, try to work towards dominating yourself or your working sector instead of competing with others. Collaborate with your colleagues and try to learn from them and achieve something big. Face-to-face cooperation helps achieve more and gives you a hand in reaching your goals.

Documentation is the most common thing every organization does. Agile has always neglected documentation for reasons. In this fast pacing, business documents take more time to prepare and get outdated very soon. Instead of going with documentation use daily meetings and freshmen acquainted with projects.

With 10X rules and understanding, agile principles well, and implementing them in your journey of success you can multiply your success ten folds at least.
