Unlimited Memory- Agile Strategy Learning


 

When it comes to agile the most important thing is to keep lot many things in mind for speed processing and timely action. But with our normal behavior improving our memory power is a hard thing to do. Going on with our regular behavior and habit will not help us sustain in an agile business whether we may be working as a team member, agile coach, or product owners and executives. To be agile and good and improve memory is important so that the decisions you make are remembered, sustain the business by continuously updating with acquiring new skills, and much more.

Whether agile business or not, even in life events having an unlimited memory is a power that comes in handy in critical situations. Unlimited memory may come useful as a secret card in the game provides you benefits you can’t imagine of. Memory is like a tool that needs to be sharpened frequently to keep it working and improving. What if I say, some ways or habits that can help you improve your memory? Will you feel it is a gift to being agile in businesses or it will be helpful in your life?



If that is what you think then this article is for you as today I will discuss some points from the book ‘Unlimited Memory’ by Grandmaster Kevin Horsley in which the writer has given the secret of unlimited memory.

Let’s start with the issues that create obstacles in the improvement of memory. The main three issues are;

Stress Narrative-The stress that is associated with new knowledge, thus the threshold ability of a person.

Blame Game- Pointing out villains or issues blaming it on other things every time things go wrong.

Helpless Mind- It is the belief that your mind is in a hopeless situation that hampers improvement.

So how we can avoid this hindrance and improve our memory? So let’s get started with the actual intention of this article on how to improve memory for agile learning.

There are three main pillars of unlimited memory

Realization- Your memory works partly on your belief system. So what you believe is important. Your memory is as stronger as you believe it is. To create a strong belief that your memory is good and it will slowly start working so. Always remember what you believe you become. If you are not able to do it now doesn’t mean you can never do it.

Possibility- Concentrate on your thought so, that it can untie a new horizon. This will help your memory open up and work more freely and smoothly. Create interest in new things because you will always remember what your interest is in.

Connection- Create a connection with your links and open up your creativity with will help your memory to exercise and strengthen. The process of imagination is fun. By strengthening your creative muscle you can start directing your mind.

By managing three pillars and further improving some habits mentioned below any person can easily improve their memory and learn a new skill to be more agile and sustain changing environment.

Keep One Thing in Focus at a Time

Multitasking is just a myth so always try to focus on one thing at a time. Avoid trying to do many things at a time and concentrate on one. Working on multiple tasks at a time can create confusion and then frustration winding you up in doing nothing at the end. Multitasking slows down your memory by 50%.

Enhance Memory by Remembering Words and Phrases Creatively

Use connections of what you already know to remember new things. Or you can try to divide the words into smaller and funny ways that will bring life to them and make them remember. Use your imagination or interest to link them to remember. By using funny ways that bring life to uninteresting things it becomes easy to remember them.

Use a Retention method that Helps you Better

There are various retention methods like changing numbers in words and vice versa which are specially used for remembering historical dates and events. But you must know that remembering is all about creating a system that works better for you. Chose or create what works for you and follow it because our final aim is to improve our memory.

With the above points, you will be able to create your memory system that will day by day help you improve your memory making you remember things and what you learn further helping you to acquire new skills, changes, and decision-making for obtaining agility in your day to day life as well as work and businesses.
